Intro to Narrative
The purpose of this narrative was to completely show a story of our own personal experience where we have felt threatened or discriminated against. The intended audience was anyone who likes to read a good story. As I wrote this story, I asked myself how could I make the reader feel as if they were watching everything take place. I learned how to “show” a story without just simply “telling” it. My strengths were pulling the reader into the story and making them interested in continuing reading. After writing this paper, I questioned myself on what I was thinking when I actually did this back when I was 8.
